1. Who we are
MedResearch Ninja ("MRN") is operated by [To confirm: registered legal entity name and address]. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You may create a free account with Google or a one-time email code. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure. One person per account; accounts may not be shared or transferred.
3. Lifetime membership
Lifetime membership is a one-time payment of ₹850 (India) giving access to member features for the lifetime of the MRN platform. It does not include research project participation fees or paid services, which are priced separately. Membership is activated only after the payment is confirmed by our payment provider.
4. Research projects and authorship
Paying a project fee does not guarantee authorship, author position or publication. Authorship is decided only on documented scholarly contribution — see the Participation & Authorship Policy.
5. Paid services
Help Desk, Manuscript Review and Academy are governed by the Service Delivery Terms.
6. Acceptable use
No plagiarism, data fabrication, harassment, sharing of patient-identifiable data, or misuse of member information. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by PayU. Refunds follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Liability
MRN provides education and research collaboration support, not medical, legal or journal-acceptance guarantees. [To confirm: limitation of liability wording]
